Working primarily in London and the Home Counties, we’re able to operate as principal contractor, trade or sub-contractor, bringing our considerable in-house expertise to bear on a wide array of

sectors, from residential, retail and commercial to hotel, leisure and later living.
This specialist division delivers projects ranging from £250k to £5 million where bespoke solutions are required to ensure individual challenges are met and overcome through intelligent and experienced delivery.

De Specialist Works deliver a complete, end-to-end refurbishment solution, from dilapidation survey works through to complex structural alterations and extensions. Our extensive experience and expertise enable us to advise authoritatively on projects across all sectors, bringing innovative and intelligent solutions to the most complex of challenges.

With all services sourced inhouse within the DE Group of companies, we’re able to offer an all-encompassing approach, with all trades and specialisms under one roof. This assures clients of an integrated, streamlined solution, reinforced by clear, open communication at every stage of the process.

From new builds to re-purposing an existing space for new tenants, our flexible fit-out capabilities enable us to offer a complete solution, tailored precisely to client requirements. These range from “white box” or full fit-out solutions to landlord and tenant spaces, often working in live operating environments and successfully negotiating all of the logistical challenges they present.

Working in collaboration with our sister company Deconstruct, we provide a dedicated Disaster Recovery service. To minimise loss of revenue to stakeholders, this provision is designed to bring built assets and structures affected by disaster back to normal functionality as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Recent examples of this service in action include The Mall, Walthamstow and The O2 in the aftermath of Storm Eunice.
